Once again, the Pembrokeshire Community Hub at PAVS, is proud to be leading the Keep Warm, Keep Well campaign this winter. The campaign directly helps support people across Pembrokeshire, during the coldest months of the year.
The current colder weather, and snow in some parts of Wales, is a real reminder for us all, of how important it is to look after ourselves and one another. Making a difference together
The Keep Warm, Keep Well campaign, is a real example of remarkable teamwork, delivered by a multi-agency partnership of communities and organisations who offer support together across Pembrokeshire.
This coming together of organisations allows for a real variety of support to be offered, enabling the Pembrokeshire Community Hub to offer appropriate and thoughtful support to each individual, to support their unique needs. Support ranges from social connection to essential items, to food parcels and hot meals, as well as benefits, debt support, and home energy advice.
THE INTERACTIVE WARM WELCOME MAP OF PEMBROKESHIREshowcases the extraordinary outpouring of warm support this winter. Do keep checking the map, as more will be added over the coming weeks, as a result of recent funding for community groups administered by PAVS.
We would like to thank all organisations and community groups for the support being provided to people in Pembrokeshire this winter. Together we are helping more people keep warm and keep well this winter.
Fuel Poverty Awareness Day
On Fuel Poverty Awareness Day, 27th November 2024, a Keep Warm, Keep Well Information Event is taking place at 10am-2pm, at the VC Gallery, Pembroke Dock, SA72 6PD. The event is open to all. Booking is not required. You are welcome to drop in anytime between 10am and 2pm.
