Rhwydweithiau Iechyd a Lles y Trydydd Sector
The Third Sector Health & Wellbeing team at PAVS facilitates 8 Networks for Pembrokeshire through a variety of approaches including regular face to face or online meetings, information bulletins and email updates to specific mailing lists.

Rhwydwaith Adeiladau Cymunedol Sir Benfro
Mae gan Sir Benfro gyfoeth o neuaddau cymunedol ac adeiladau sy'n gweithredu fel canolbwynt ar gyfer sawl agwedd ar fywyd cymunedol gwledig. Cynlluniwyd y Rhwydwaith Adeiladau Cymunedol i fod yn gyfle i rwydweithio â neuaddau eraill ac i rannu profiadau. Mae cyfarfodydd a digwyddiadau yn gyfle i gymunedau glywed gan Gymdeithas Gwasanaethau Gwirfoddol Sir Benfro (PAVS) i ddarganfod pa gyllid sydd ar gael a sut i hyrwyddo eu neuadd i ddenu defnyddwyr a gwirfoddolwyr newydd.

Pembrokeshire Women’s Health and Wellbeing Network
Established in November 2024, this network offers a dedicated space for discussing and addressing specific health concerns, promoting awareness, and advocating for better health and well-being services for women and girls.
Open to all organisations and groups that currently provide or wish to provide services that support women in Pembrokeshire, it also focuses on providing opportunities for collaboration, sharing resources and best practices.

Fforwm Darparwyr Gofalwyr Sir Benfro
Established in September 2020, an independent Forum of organisations providing, or wishing to provide, services to unpaid Carers of all ages in Pembrokeshire. The Forum exists to unite members to make an effective contribution to the planning and delivery of services for unpaid Carers of all ages in Pembrokeshire.
This Forum feeds into, and receives information from the Pembrokeshire Carers Strategy Partnership Board and West Wales Carers Development Group. The forum membership includes carers, Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales, Carers Support Pembrokeshire, carers groups, the Health Board Investors in Carers lead as well a national organisations the All Wales Forum for Parent Carers and Carers Wales.

Rhwydwaith Pobl Hŷn Sir Benfro
Established in August 2020, the Pembrokeshire Older People’s Network is a welcoming group for anyone interested in services for older individuals in Pembrokeshire.
The network exists to represent member interests and to provide a way to share knowledge and information with all older people across Pembrokeshire and make an effective contribution to the planning of health and social care services. Many organisations in Pembrokeshire attend the network, as do members of the Pembrokeshire 50+ forum and a representative from the Older People’s Commissioner for Wales’s office.

Fforwm Darparwyr Cyfleoedd Dydd Sir Benfro
Re-established in August 2020, the Pembrokeshire Day Opportunities Provider Forum membership consists of day service providers, staff from the Pembrokeshire County Council Commissioning team and training, Health Board representatives, and user representatives.
The network aims to share experiences, expertise, and best practices. It provides opportunities for partnership and collaboration. Additionally, it facilitates discussions between commissioners, providers, and other stakeholders regarding commissioning intentions and policy developments. The network also seeks to share potential opportunities for service diversification and development.

Fforwm Profedigaeth Sir Benfro
Established in 2020, the Pembrokeshire Bereavement Forum is a dynamic multi-agency group dedicated to offering compassionate bereavement services for individuals of all ages in Pembrokeshire.
Open to all organisations and groups that offer or wish to offer bereavement services in Pembrokeshire, the forum welcomes representatives from the third sector, health services, and statutory agencies. The Forum aims to effectively contribute to the planning and delivery of bereavement services for the community.

Wedi’i sefydlu yn 2020, mae Rhwydwaith Cyfeillio Sir Benfro [y “PBN”] yn gynghrair traws-sector o grwpiau a sefydliadau sy’n darparu gwasanaethau cyfeillio yn Sir Benfro. Mae’r Rhwydwaith yn bodoli i gynrychioli buddiannau aelodau ac i wneud cyfraniad effeithiol at gynllunio a darparu gwasanaethau cyfeillio yn Sir Benfro.

Wedi’i sefydlu yn gynnar yn 2021, nod y rhwydwaith yw darparu ffordd o rannu gwybodaeth gyda sefydliadau ac asiantaethau sy’n gweithio gyda phlant a theuluoedd yn Sir Benfro.

Rhwydwaith Celfyddydau ac Iechyd Sir Benfro
In early 2020, SPAN Arts established a new Arts and Health network for Pembrokeshire to build on the growing body of evidence that shows that the arts can play a vital role in transforming communities, tackling loneliness and isolation and improving health and wellbeing. This network cyn COVID i ddod o hyd i ffordd well o gydlynu ein hymdrechion i godi proffil ac effaith gweithgaredd celfyddydol ac iechyd yn Sir Benfro.

MHAW – Gweithredu Iechyd Meddwl Cymru
This national network meets three times a year and is for local and regional Mental Health community organisations and charities. The aim is to encourage collaboration and shared practice between organisations. The Network will enable organisations to work together to improve mental health support across Wales. The Network will enable organisations to join together to work to influence national work by bringing together a range of local and regional perspectives and experiences.

If you do need to call at our premises, we are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 4.30pm on a Friday (except on Bank Holidays). Between 9am and 10am, and after 2pm, Monday to Thursday and all day Friday you may need to ring the bell (situated on the right hand side of the door). If you are just delivering mail, then please use the letter box on the front door.
