Community Warm Spaces Fund (SCAF Round 10) Summer 2026 – Now Open!
We are delighted to announce the launch of the SCAF Round 10 – Community Warm Spaces Fund managed by Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services (PAVS) and supported by Pembrokeshire County Council and Welsh Government.
Revenue grants of up to £2,500 will be available for constituted voluntary, community groups, social enterprises and Town and Community Councils.
Funding for projects providing activities and services to support & enhance the lives of vulnerable people. The fund will support activity which helps to meet demands, create additional capacity/activity or extends existing activity.
Projects which meet the following priorities are invited to apply:
- Addressing disadvantage, loneliness & social isolation
- Providing a Warm Community Space
- Supporting unpaid carers
- Improving mental & physical health and wellbeing
Projects demonstrating how they address disadvantage will be prioritised.

All spend must be made by 31st March 2027
