This role provides the strategic backbone of the organisation, ensuring that Pembrokeshire & Carmarthenshire Mind remains focused, forward-looking, and equipped to meet the needs of our communities. Working closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees, Services Manager and colleagues across all teams, the role brings coherence to our planning, governance, quality assurance, and organisational development. It ensures that our strategic ambitions translate into clear actions, strong systems, and accountable practice.

Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 p/a
Location: Hybrid – Home, Pembrokeshire & Carmarthen
Start Date: Immediate start
Contract: 2 years, extension dependent on funding
Closing Date: 15.04.26
