The Internet offers a vast array of resources to support and enhance our health and well-being. We can access our local health board online, use apps to monitor and track personal health and connect with guidance and support through NHS Wales services. This webinar will explore practical strategies and tools to navigate the online world of health and well-being and consider what digital skill are needed to access healthcare online.
