At PAVS we believe in the power of community and the incredible impact of the third sector across Pembrokeshire! This space is dedicated to sharing inspiring stories from achievements and milestones of individuals to groups and organisations making a real difference every day. From grassroots initiatives to county-wide collaborations, join us in celebrating the success and dedication helping our communities thrive. In the first quarter of 2025 we have seen 26 organisations successfully apply for funding from PAVS Managed Funds for projects in the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pembrokeshire Frame<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A local charity providing support to vulnerable adults and families across our community has been given a boost by South Hook LNG\u2019s Community Fund.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Providing important development and employment opportunities to volunteers and participants who are experiencing social exclusion, learning disabilities or mental wellbeing challenges, FRAME operates a hugely successful furniture recycling initiative that aims to relieve the effects of poverty and social deprivation across our County. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contributing \u00a35000 to the \u2018Furniture in Crisis\u2019 initiative, South Hook is pleased to assist one of Pembrokeshire\u2019s most active charities, providing funding that will ensure delivery of upcycled furniture to those most in need, across Pembrokeshire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe positive impact that FRAME continues to make across Pembrokeshire is why we are proud to support this initiative\u201d commented South Hook\u2019s General Manager Hamad Al Samra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
