Hello! Well, here we are at the start of a brand-new year! As is often the case, thoughts may well have turned to \u2018things to improve\u2019 this year (anyone else already given up on the exercise regime?!) and a feeling of wanting to do something that will make a difference somehow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It can sometimes feel a little overwhelming \u2013 all that \u2018New Year, New You\u2019 stuff, magazines full of bonkers diets and exercise plans, competitive resolution sharing and social media posts full of good intentions \u2026 The good news is that you don\u2019t have to do any of that if you don\u2019t want to!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are many ways to make a difference, it doesn\u2019t have to be a grand gesture, or expensive, or require a monthly subscription. Over the next few weeks, we\u2019ll be sharing some of our thoughts and ideas on things that you could do that will make a difference for you, and for others. Keep an eye on our social media streams, and here on our website \u2013 we know that Pembrokeshire is a special place, and it\u2019s people like you (yes, you, reading this) that help to make it that way!
