The In-Work Support Service provides fully-funded wellbeing support to employees and businesses, aiming to reduce sickness absence and improve wellbeing and productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Support for employees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The service provides free support and rapid access to psychological or physical therapies to help individuals improve their wellbeing and reduce sickness absence from work. Support is quick, free and fully confidential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Referrals can easily be made by submitting e-referral form www.rcs-wales.co.uk\/en\/your-wellbeing-at-work\/<\/a>, emailing hello@rcs-wales.co.uk<\/a> or by calling 01745 336442.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In-Work Support Service for businesses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The In-Work Support Service also offers free support and training to SME businesses (up to 250 full time equivalent employees) build happier, healthier workplaces.
