What ICT services do voluntary and community groups in Pembrokeshire require?

Our funding is due to end in December 2008 and we are currently in the process of applying for new funding and planning future services.

Our current ICT support service for voluntary and community groups in Pembrokeshire consists of practical help with computers, printers and networks, assistance with the development of group websites and guidance on planning ICT for the future.

Groups have access to an ICT Telephone Helpdesk as well as
on-site visits and group workshops.

We would really appreciate it if your group could complete this survey so that the team can tailor any future ICT services to the needs of your group.
