VICTOR was designed to be an information resource relevant to CVCs, Voluntary and Community Groups. It includes links to interesting articles, guides and websites, an ICT Newsfeed, as well as booklets and Information Sheets produced by the project. Relevant resources are reviewed and rated by the team and can be commented on and rated by visitors.
