Regional Working

Each County Voluntary Council has one or more Circuit Riders working out of their local office, with a central support team in Pembrokeshire. An ICT telephone Helpdesk support service is provided by the entire team. This uses a central number which is re-routed to the teams' mobile phones.

The project piloted a range of mobile working technologies to enable team working and provide coherent support across a disparate geographical area.
