Palliative Care Network

The Palliative Care Network is open to all service users, carers and voluntary groups concerned with Palliative Care in Pembrokeshire
The Network exists to bring together and represent the concerns and interests of service users and carers as well as voluntary groups working in the field of palliative care in Pembrokeshire.

Network meetings give the opportunity to influence the Health, Social Care and Well-being strategy for Pembrokeshire through bringing together the voice of the voluntary sector and encouraging partnership working with statutory and private agencies in the county.
