Many voluntary and community groups are largely dependent on the receipt
of grants from a range of agencies in order from them to continue
to run services or develop projects. The funding world is very large,
varied, inconsistent and sometimes complex.
The aim of PAVS funding services is to try to help groups to wade
through the complexities as easily and efficiently as possible and
to share the funding knowledge and experience gained.

PAVS
is resourced to provide a range of funding services to voluntary and
community groups in Pembrokeshire.
The funding web pages will give groups information on:
- The grant schemes that are administered by PAVS – currently
the Keyfund and the Sustainable
Pembrokeshire Small Grants Scheme
- the range of grants schemes that are available on a local, regional
and national level with website links to some of the main funders.
There is also a spotlight on
funders which is updated on a regular basis detailing new
funders or the changing priorities of more established funders
- The support that is available from PAVS staff to identify funders
who are likely to support the work that groups need funding for
- The support available to make funding
applications
- The support that is available to understand how voluntary and
community groups might access the Objective
1 programme in Pembrokeshire
